RailwayUnderrated
Push code or a Dockerfile and get a running service with a database, variables and a domain.

Best for
Small teams that want Heroku-style deploys with usage-based pricing and real containers.
Why it deserves attention
Railway connects a repository or a Dockerfile and builds it into a container that runs on its network, with one-click Postgres, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB and other services attached through shared variables, per-environment configuration, PR environments, cron jobs and a CLI for scripting. Templates cover common stacks, logs and metrics are built in, and rolling back is a redeploy of an earlier version. Pricing is usage-based after a trial credit, which is friendlier than per-seat plans for small projects. The trade-off: costs can be hard to predict for spiky traffic, you are trusting a young platform with your production, and deep customisation beyond containers is limited compared with a real cloud.
