NetlifyUnderrated
A git-driven web platform where every branch gets a deploy preview and the site ships on a global CDN.

Best for
Static sites and Jamstack apps that want deploys, forms, functions and auth without assembling cloud primitives.
Why it deserves attention
Netlify watches a repository and builds every push, giving each pull request a deploy preview URL and promoting merges to production on a CDN with instant atomic deploys and one-click rollbacks. Beyond static hosting it includes serverless and edge functions, form handling, identity and role-based access, split testing and a CLI with local dev. It was the platform that popularised the Jamstack workflow, and its free tier is generous for side projects, with Pro priced per user. The trade-off: pricing scales with bandwidth and function invocations, some advanced frameworks run smoother on Vercel, and features such as background functions are less mature than the core deploy flow.
