TickTick
A task manager that folds to-dos, calendar, habits, notes and a Pomodoro timer into one app.

Best for
People who want Todoist-level speed but also want their calendar and habits in the same place.
Why it deserves attention
TickTick takes natural-language input for tasks and dates, then shows them three ways: list, calendar and Kanban board. It layers on habits with streaks, a built-in Pomodoro timer, notes with Markdown, shared lists for teams, and five calendar views that work with Google and iCal feeds. Apps exist for macOS, Windows, iOS, Android and the web, with reminders that survive restarts and widgets on mobile. The free plan covers the basics; Premium at about $49.99 a year unlocks calendar views, more reminders, filters and custom smart lists. Compared with Todoist it is busier, which is either the point or the problem depending on how much structure you want.
