SearchUnderrated
A small, fast WebKit browser for macOS that opens in a third of a second and stays under ten megabytes.

Best for
Mac users who want a minimal browser with Chrome extensions and Arc-style spaces instead of another Chromium bundle.
Why it deserves attention
Search uses the WebKit engine already in macOS, so the download is about 9 MB, launch takes roughly a third of a second, and memory use stays far below Chromium browsers. It still supports Chrome extensions, imports Arc data, hides ads, lets you hide any element on a page, and organizes tabs into spaces with pinned sites. There is no account and no data collection, and the app is free and MIT-licensed with 2,800 GitHub stars and active development. It is macOS 14 and later only, relies on WebKit compatibility rather than Chromium, and is maintained by a very small team.
