ego (lite)Underrated
A Chromium browser that gives AI agents their own Space while you keep your tabs.

Best for
People running Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor who want agents to use their real logins without hijacking the browser.
Why it deserves attention
ego (lite) is a daily Chromium browser with a separate Space where agents can click, fill, and read pages. Onboarding imports Chrome tabs, bookmarks, passwords, extensions, cookies, and profiles one click, so agents inherit the sites you are already signed into. The ego-browser skill connects Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and any shell-capable agent with no SDK or remote debugging, and its semantic snapshots reach cross-origin iframes, shadow DOM, and embedded widgets. Work stays local and the agent does not steal focus, though page content is still sent to whichever model you choose. It is free, with macOS builds and a Windows beta.
