CyberduckUnderrated
A libre file browser for FTP, SFTP, S3, WebDAV, and cloud storage.

Best for
Developers and admins who move files between servers and cloud buckets without living in a terminal.
Why it deserves attention
Cyberduck is GPL-3.0, has been developed since the early 2000s, and handles FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, Amazon S3, OpenStack Swift, Backblaze B2, Microsoft Azure, OneDrive, Google Drive, and Dropbox in one browser-style window. It supports bookmarks, synchronization, bandwidth limits, segmented downloads, file editing with external editors, and client-side encryption through Cryptomator vaults. A companion duck CLI covers scripting, and Mountain Duck from the same team mounts remote storage as a local disk. The trade-off is that it is macOS and Windows only, the interface shows its age, and uploads are free but the project asks for donations.
