CloudBeaverUnderrated
A browser-based database manager from the DBeaver team, self-hosted for teams.

Best for
Teams who want shared, browser-based access to many databases without installing clients everywhere.
Why it deserves attention
CloudBeaver runs as a web server and gives everyone the same SQL editor, metadata browser, data grid, and admin controls, with per-user roles and shared connections. The community edition is free and supports PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, and more; enterprise adds SSO and advanced security. Because it is self-hosted, you control where credentials live, but you also own upgrades and backups. It is not a desktop client, so offline work and very large result sets are less comfortable than DBeaver itself.
