DBXUnderrated
A 25 MB cross-platform database client covering more than 100 engines.

Best for
Developers who touch many database engines and do not want a heavy Java client.
Why it deserves attention
DBX keeps the installer around 25 MB while supporting MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, Redis, MongoDB, SQL Server, DuckDB, and many more through one interface. It ships desktop, CLI, and Docker editions, and adds an AI assistant and MCP server for agent workflows. It is a young project, so very advanced engine-specific features may still lag behind dedicated clients.
