ZxClipUnderrated
Edit audio and video by editing its transcript, with on-device models and no credits.

Best for
People who record demos, interviews, or screen walkthroughs and want to cut by words instead of waveforms.
Why it deserves attention
ZxClip transcribes a recording locally, then removes words, filler sounds, and silent gaps from the audio as you edit the text. It can patch a word with on-device voice cloning, keeps cuts ripple-aligned across transcript, waveform, and video, and records the screen with auto-zoom. Exports cover audio and video, and the one-time licence covers two Apple silicon Macs with lifetime updates. The trade-off is macOS 15.2 or later, 5–10 GB of local models, and English-only audio editing for now.
