## Best for

Investors who want a quick market read without opening a brokerage tab.

## Why it deserves attention

Pulse puts watchlists, candlestick charts, pre-market and after-hours prices, and position P&L for US, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea stocks, plus crypto and metals, in the menu bar. It supports multiple lists, market-by-market holdings, and a compact quote view, and it is a native macOS 14+ app. It costs $19.99 once with a 30-day trial. Quotes depend on the data provider, so verify delays and coverage for the markets you follow.
