ProliferateUnderrated
An open-source AI IDE that runs Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and other agents in parallel, each in its own git worktree.

Best for
Developers juggling several coding agents, branches, and review states at the same time.
Why it deserves attention
Proliferate gives every task an isolated git worktree with its own branch, terminal, conversation, and review state, so parallel agents stop stepping on each other. It runs native harnesses for Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Cursor, Grok, and others, supports subagents and shared MCP, skills, browser-use, and computer-use configuration, and adds recurring or event-driven agent workflows. It is AGPL-3.0, free, macOS-only, and has about 500 GitHub stars with active development. It is early, and you still need the underlying agent CLIs and their subscriptions.
