LidnightUnderrated
Keeps a MacBook running with the lid closed while AI coding agents work, and shows what each one is doing.

Best for
Developers who start long Claude Code or Codex runs and want to close the laptop without killing them.
Why it deserves attention
Lidnight reads agent activity from local logs, keeps the Mac awake with the lid closed even on battery, and returns to normal sleep when the work ends. The menu bar shows sessions, limit resets, and drain warnings, and Pro adds encrypted phone approvals, remote control, notch prompts, fan boost, and 7- or 30-day stats. It needs no account, and the one-time licence covers one Mac for $9.99 or three for $14.99. The trade-off is that phone approvals need the companion app, and running with the lid closed still uses battery.
