叭哥说Underrated
NetEase's free voice input agent that turns speech into polished text in any app.

Best for
Chinese-speaking developers, writers, and PMs who dictate long text and want unlimited free use instead of per-word quotas.
Why it deserves attention
叭哥说 comes from NetEase Youdao and works system-wide: hold a shortcut, speak, and the text lands in whatever app has focus. It strips filler words such as "呃" and "然后", adds punctuation, and splits paragraphs, so the first draft arrives already structured. It claims stable recognition down to a 30 dB whisper, supports custom hotword dictionaries for framework names and API names, and translates across 100-plus languages. Input history stays on the device, voice and text are not retained in the cloud or used for training, and the desktop and Android builds are free with no word limit. The trade-off is platform coverage: iOS is still TestFlight-only and HarmonyOS is a trial build, there is no Linux client, and the app is closed source, so the privacy claims rely on NetEase's policy rather than auditable code.
